Who We Are
Music & Expressive Arts Center of Oklahoma is an organization focused on facilitating training and education at the intersection of psychology, mindfulness and creative arts to expand your access to wellness.
How We Do It
Our portfolio encompasses a range of services from seminars, workshops, retreats, conferences, and on-the-ground training. Every offering is rooted in Humanistic Psychology which includes openness, empathy, and creativity. Our unique strategy of providing experiential learning opportunities empower participants to explore pathways from music and expressive arts to mental wellness.
Through hand-in-hand collaboration, we work to assess, listen, and embrace creativity as a way of inviting and unlocking creative approaches to wellness, which are supported by modern psychological research.
We are not an outpatient behavioral health clinic. We do not provide counseling or therapy services.
